Good Things Come to Those Who Wait!

We're now working on generating ideas for a possible remodel of The Learning Center! We, the tutors, have been asked to create a "wishlist" of items to include in the revamping! If anyone has any ideas please feel free to post them or let Debra Nickles know your thoughts. We want your input because we are committed to creating the most productive, creative, and inspiring environment possible. This is your chance to voice your opinion. Don't miss out on your chance to initiate change!

Chairs with wheels. All of them need wheels.

A place to put my purse and book bag would be wonderful. When there are multiple tutors and tutees, the floor gets so cluttered.

Can we get new mailboxes? maybe something wooden? I have a link to a wicker basket shelf thing, which would give privacy and look professional. Will post it when get home.

We have no books on how to write a grad school letter. I have been asked by a few people how the letter should sound, and a book would be SO helpful. No so much a dream list, but something needed.

Another big table. We use the little ones, but since math can help multiple people they need a big table.

We really need some way to manage all the wires. It looks horrible right now, strung out all over the place.

We could stand to loose the speakers and their shelves too.

We would need two of them, I think, to make sure everyone could use it.

I like the link--does look professional.

Any technology tools out there that we could benefit from?

Do we want to switch from black metal to wood?

Keep ideas coming!
